My weight this week: 181.8 pounds
Total pounds lost since the beginning: 3.2 pounds
Total percentage of body weight lost off my beginning weight: 1.7%
So, I'm happy with these numbers, and at this rate, I would weigh about 146-147 pounds on July 4. But, I know I can do better.
Since I'm trying to be as positive as possible during my Operation Hot Mama quest, I'm going to highlight something positive I did each week regarding food and exercise.
I bought carrot sticks, apples and bananas at the grocery store, and I fast-walked on our treadmill at home three different days for at least 20 minutes each time.
Not much maybe, but it's a start. We all have to start somewhere!
