Ok, right about now, I want to throw my scale out the window (of course after I've stomped on it a time or two!). I'm super frustrated with my weight (and it didn't help that I felt puffy all week).Last week, I weighed 181.8 pounds, but today, my weight's at 184 pounds.
&%#@!% How did I GAIN 2.2 pounds this week?
While I wasn't out running and lifting weights every day, I didn't pig out on gross fatty foods either. If I continue at this rate, I could weigh 208-209 pounds on July 4. Yikes! Talk about moving in the wrong direction.
I guess I'll need to be super strict with myself and write down everything I eat and drink, as well as all the exercise I'm doing. Then, I'll have nobody to blame but myself for my progress or lack thereof.
I'm almost afraid to say this, but on to next week. As you all can tell, I've got a lot of work to do!

If you're gaining muscle, your weight will go up a bit...I can relate to the frustration factor though. When I was doing Weight Watchers, there were times when I gained weight & I wasn't sure why. But just keep at it, doing what you do best, and you'll succeed!
